Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across South Africa, ensuring that parents nationwide have access to high-quality baby essentials.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (SAST) will be processed on the same day, while orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
  • During peak seasons, promotions, or special sales, processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be informed of any delays.

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options based on your location:

Standard Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days.
  • Available for all locations within South Africa.
  • Cost: RXX (Free for orders above RXXX).

Express Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days.
  • Available in major cities and metropolitan areas.
  • Cost: RXX.

Same-Day Delivery (Limited Areas)

  • Orders must be placed before 10:00 AM (SAST).
  • Available only in select cities.
  • Cost: RXX (calculated at checkout).

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs vary based on delivery location, order weight, and shipping method selected.
  • Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
  • Free shipping is available for orders over RXXX (applicable for standard delivery only).

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
  • If you do not receive a tracking email within 48 hours, please contact our customer support team.

Delivery Delays & Issues

While we strive to deliver within the estimated time frame, external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances may cause slight delays. In case of delays:
  • You will be notified via email or SMS.
  • If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us for assistance.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address details, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient:
  • The order may be returned to our warehouse.
  • Customers may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
  • Refunds (excluding shipping costs) may be processed if reshipping is not requested.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • If your order is lost in transit, we will assist in tracking it and arranging a replacement or refund.
  • Claims for lost or damaged items must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.

International Shipping

Currently, we only deliver within South Africa. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Changes to Shipping Address

  • Address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched.
  • Once an order is shipped, we cannot modify the delivery details.
  • To update your shipping address, contact our support team as soon as possible.
